My devotion to this field began with a desire to understand what drives people to think, act, and feel the way they do. That curiosity evolved into a deep passion for witnessing growth occur and change take root in my clients’ lives. My mission is to ensure each person I work with is treated with the strongest and most compassionate parts of my mind, heart, and soul to foster healing from within.

I practice mental health counseling for adults 18+ in New York both virtually and in-person and virtually in Florida and Connecticut. I hold a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from The Florida State University.

I consider myself a lifelong student of the world and the experiences of humanity and relationships. I am enrolled as a candidate in the 5-year psychoanalytic training program at the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International.
