Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, loosely defined as “talk therapy”, is an opportunity for someone experiencing a range of symptoms to sit with a professional in a warm, safe environment to work towards healing. 

In my practice we will uncover thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are contributing to your presenting concerns. We'll also explore how earlier life experiences inform these patterns. The only goal needed to start therapy is the desire for a deeper relationship and understanding of yourself. If you have more, we'll talk about those as well! We will establish a frequency of meetings (weekly or more) to deepen insight and gain emotional relief. 

You are the expert of your own life and I will work to gain your trust on this journey.
